Elementary

The IGA elementary school is located on the first floor (Kindergarten through grade 4) and second floor (grade 5). Students spend most of their days with their primary classroom teacher, studying Reading and Writing (English), Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Religious Education. Specials (taught by other teachers) include library, art, music, woodshop, Turkish, ESL and/or PE. Students have one or two recess periods a day.

PEOPLE! That's the best part of our elementary school: We have great teachers and students. Classes are small enough (22 or fewer) that students can get the individualized attention they need. There is a warm, family atmosphere in the classes. There is an emphasis on cross-cultural understanding and appreciation of each person's cultural background.
